With 20 years in the public health sector as a nurse clinician, manager; quality consultant and educator, Ilze has experience in personal development, team building, quality systems, strategic planning, contemporary education strategies and curriculum design. With a focus on the application of the six core human intelligences (left and right brain; emotional; heart; body and spiritual), together with Carolyn has designed the “Supporting Positive Workplace Cultures through developing emotionally intelligent staff” program. Ilze has designed and facilitates the MetaSystems Executive Coaching model based on Quantum Leadership Strategies ©.

Carolyn is a writer, facilitator, educator, midwife and speaker with a life long fascination in human development, growth and experience. Knowing that knowledge is power, Carolyn is passionate about sharing current research on human brain growth and development and the role of emotions and perceptions in human behaviour. Her discussion paper “Horizontal violence and workplace bullying” has been distributed nationally and internationally.

Together as Heartlogic Consultancy, Carolyn and Ilze combine talents to provide interactive, highly energised and reflective sessions that inform and inspire their audiences to take action. Their extensive knowledge and understanding enables them to explain complex concepts in a practical, enjoyable way.
