HOW THE COACHING WORKS

Twelve monthly sessions

• Sessions offered at Introductory; Intermediate and Advanced levels
• Session is of 1 ½ hours duration.
• Half an hour of coach input on a particular topic and an hour of reflection and goal setting .
• Measurable outcomes of success are identified at the beginning and evaluation is held mid point and end of term.
• Sessions are available either face to face or over the telephone, depending on geography or preference.
• Costs include the total package which includes consideration of traveling by the coach.
• Method of payment will be agreed between the client and coach.

AGREEMENTS OF ENGAGEMENT WITH CLIENT

• All efforts will be made to attend scheduled appointments
• 24 hours notice required by either party to change appointment time, except in exceptional circumstances, otherwise full fee payable or remunerated.
• Both client and coach will be 100% committed to process
• If either party dissatisfied with process, they will say so.
