Being cognizant of the devastating personal and economic costs of workplace bullying, proactive organizations are taking steps to address horizontal violence by building strong, cohesive, positive workplace cultures.

Heartlogic's Creating Positive Workplace Cultures program is a 12 month program of which 90% is driven and owned by the organisation. Heartlogic provides the exercises and mentoring to support behavioural change.

Heartlogic's course utilizes aspects of Quantum Leadership Strategies, particularly the core Emotional Intelligence Competencies.

Heartlogic will engage with an organisation following a thorough assessment of senior executive commitment which is the foundational step of Creating Positive Workplace Cultures program.
