Our coaching model is designed to support you in discovering and expressing your life purpose rather than specific goal achievement. The program is designed for a 12 month period where you expore,apply and practice one key quantum leadership strategy per month. Based on the understanding of brain mechanics and the principles of Dubin's model of learning this practice, practice, practice approach ensures the learning and insights are sustainable and transferable to your work and family life. You will also be offered the powerful self healing technique of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) as taught by Gary Craig ( www.emofree.com ) EFT is a key tool to improve emotional intelligence, specifically the competence of managing distressing emotions and defusing distressing memories.

• The universe and everything in it is a vibrational field subject to natural laws and principles.
• All aspects of being human are different vibrational waves; physical, emotional, spiritual and cultural.
